1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BoostingShein platform at boostingshein.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use BoostingShein. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@boostingshein.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Reviews and Earning Program

BoostingShein offers a product review and earning program subject to the following:

  • Earnings are credited to your account balance upon completing eligible reviews
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the earning program at any time
  • Fraudulent activity, fake reviews, or abuse of the system will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances
  • Withdrawal of earnings is subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements
  • VIP tiers and commission rates are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or information
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
  • Create multiple accounts or abuse referral/invite systems
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Orders and Payments

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change. Payments are processed via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, or cash on delivery. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items in original condition. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method or account balance within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of BoostingShein or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostingShein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
